Order Fiber One Banana Nut Muffin Mix, 15.3-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)

My husband and I usually buy/love pumpkin muffins (Pillsbury). One day, the store was out, and my husband got Fiber One Banana Nut Muffins instead.

OMG, it's now our absolute favorite! These scrumptious, hearty muffins smell SO good when they're baking--and are utterly delicious right out of the oven, as well as the next day.

A great benefit, of course, is that it has a lot of fiber. But even if it were NOT healthy, it would still be the best muffin mix on the market, in my opinion. (Note: the apple/cinnamon isn't half as good...so stick with the banana, instead).

I bought these from Sam's Club and could not wait to make them. They are very easy to make. You do not need to drain blueberry as there are none. There are little purple pellets in the mix. These taste like the blue dots in Eggo blueberry waffles.
