Discount Gluten Free Bread Mix


We think this is the best gluten free bread (pre-made OR mix) that we have found in the last year and a half of looking! We used 3 eggs, accidentally, the first time we made it and it turned out so well that we keep it that way. We also use olive oil instead of butter (no dairy) and it works well. This bread is wonderful fresh out of the oven and slices easily for toasting for breakfast. It does have some soy lecithin in it, so be careful if you are sensitive to soy.
