This is pretty good gluten free bread mix. WAY better than Bob's red mill, in my opinion. It bakes up a light fluffy loaf, easy to slice. It is NOT course and crumbly, but is perfectly light and moist. The taste is pretty good too. I actually thought it was ok plain, and enjoyed it with honey untoasted. I bet it is great toasted for PBJs.
