I am a diabetic, hence must watch my diet. I recently bought, directly from the eDietshop website, the chocolate cheesecake mix. Simply wonderful. No sugar, almost fat-free, 60 calories per half-cup, very creamy texture, very satisfying. My wife (not diabetic) also loves it. Thus far I simply mix together the mix and milk, pour into individual serving cups, and refrigerate for a bit.
If you love Cool Whip, get the Calorie Control Whipped topping. 8 calories per serving (2 tablespoons), no sugar, fat-free, etc. Easy to make (I had been making it with milk, which makes it 12 calories per serving, but recently decided to simply make it with water, as directions suggest, and found it still is great and creamy).
