My husband is gluten-free and we are thrilled that we came across this bread mix. It is very easy to use! We have made many, many loaves of bread and it comes out great every time. We have even used it to make a pizza crust by adding a little bit of extra rice flour and then rolling it out after it has risen. The texture of the loaf is really nice - easy to cut.
