These are fantastic! No grittiness whatsoever. Great chocolate flavor - taste exactly like you remember a brownie being! I've made these and shared them with non-gluten free relatives, and they did not have any idea that they were gf. So nice to get a boxed mix that actually makes a family sized portion! They come out nice and chewy, and remain that way for at least a day. I can't vouch for anything longer than that, because I can't keep them around the house any longer! They disappear VERY quickly!!
