PILLS QUICK BREAD CRANBERRY Get it now!

I have been making Pillsbury bread mixes for at least five years. They taste good and are easy to make, even for someone like me with no previous baking experience. Cranberry is definitely my favorite. I substitute three tablespoons of apple sauce for the oil in order to minimize the fat content, and I use three egg whites in place of the two whole eggs. I also like to add extra dried cranberries to the mix, one-third of a 4.2 oz. package, which is 1.4 oz by weight. I use a glass loaf "pan" and bake it for 50 to 55 minutes at 375°F. (Note: The only ingredients needed are the bread mix, eggs, apple sauce or oil, water, and optionally extra dried cranberries.) I recommend adding the extra cranberries for improved flavor.Get more detail about PILLS QUICK BREAD CRANBERRY.
