Just so you know, there are no peanuts in this mix. You have the option to add any nut butter of your choice. I'd been wanting "peanut butter" cookies for years since our allergies were diagnosed, but peanuts are not an option for us. I made this mix using Sunbutter Natural Sunflower Seed Spread, 16-Ounce Plastic Jars (Pack of 6) and it was EXACTLY like the peanut butter cookies my mom used to make (you know, the ones rolled in sugar and pressed with a fork). I'm planning to make some more with dairy free chocolate- like the hershey's kiss ones- for Christmas. The batch made with one bag was huge. About double the amount you usually get from a cookie mix. Anyway, I highly recommend this mix. As a matter of fact, I haven't tried anything from the Cravings Place that didn't taste like the original gluten version I remember so go ahead and try whatever sounds good.
