Pancakes made from this mix have a great taste and texture. The negative reviews typically focus on the texture. Some people only like pancakes that have a completely smooth, homogeneous texture and are put off by the presence of oats or fruit in pancakes -- but it is the oats and apple chunks in these pancakes that sets them apart and makes them so delicious. If you aren't afraid of oats or apples -- and you shouldn't be -- you will love these pancakes.
The only negative comment I can offer is that the boxes are small. I only get about two servings out of each box. If you eat smaller servings, you may get as many as three or four servings out of each box. This makes the cost per serving relatively high.
