OrgraN Muffin Mix, Chocolate, 13.2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 8) Buy Now

I have to say, I didn't have high hopes for this product, especially when I tasted the batter, but decided to toss them in the oven anyway. I was surprised when the house filled with the smell of baking muffins and even more surprised when I tasted one hot from the oven. It was really pretty good. I made these using the vegan prep to replace a school snack (cupcakes) for my son, who is allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy, and a host of other things. They do not have the grainy or dense texture I have come to expect from gluten-free mixes. The chocolate flavor is light and a little different from the rich-gooey stuff we've gotten used to. They actually remind me of unfrosted cupcakes made from a basic mix. I'm also thrilled that they are pretty low in sugar (8g if you only make 10 muffins, but mix easily makes 12) and low in fat (I added only 1 Tablespoon coconut oil to the entire mix). Mix was super simple to prepare- add oil and water and mix on high for 4 minutes. I'm glad we have a whole case. These will come in handy as we have to take replacements to birthday parties, etc.Get more detail about OrgraN Muffin Mix, Chocolate, 13.2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 8).
