I am kitchen-challenged (the nice way of saying my husband thinks I use the smoke detector for my kitchen timer) and these rock. They are the single best brownies I have ever tasted & *I* can actually make them. People think I'm brilliant when I bring these to parties and I, of course, lie :D about how I made them. They are also eminently tweakable.
