I bought this focaccia flat bread because it was on sale, but now I know why. The mix is a LOT less versatile than many of the other mixes, and you aren't supposed to use this for pizza crust (just "flat bread"). So I just ended up making a lot of bread sticks and mini rolls (which turned out yummy), but not what I really wanted it for. Chebe is a great product, but I would check their website FIRST for recipes, and then buy the appropriate mix.
