My husband and I usually buy/love pumpkin muffins (Pillsbury). One day, the store was out, and my husband got Fiber One Banana Nut Muffins instead.
OMG, it's now our absolute favorite! These scrumptious, hearty muffins smell SO good when they're baking--and are utterly delicious right out of the oven, as well as the next day.
A great benefit, of course, is that it has a lot of fiber. But even if it were NOT healthy, it would still be the best muffin mix on the market, in my opinion. (Note: the apple/cinnamon isn't half as good...so stick with the banana, instead).
