I agree with others who say that the jalapeno flavor is not as strong as I would have liked but that's not a big deal to me, I hit most things with hot sauce anyway. This mix was very easy to make (even though I was out of vegetable oil and used EVOO - probably had a little different taste therefor) and was quite tasty. I think I'll make muffins with it next time and I'll definitely use a light veg oil too.
