I've got no talent in the kitchen but in today's economy hosts really appreciate guests who contribute to the atmosphere by bringing a side dish. I'd sampled this corn cake at a friends and couldn't believe it came from a mix. I immediately ordered the mix from Amazon and put it to the test.
