We did love this. It was light , and airy and we seved it with strawberries and whipped cream. Since our whole family is WFGF I am almost afraid to serve others the food we eat , because of the grainy, bean, yuck factor. I have not found that at all with this brand. I do use real vanilla and real butter. I have also used a coconut cream and oil combination that worked well too. We will definately make this and share it again!
