I love this cookie mix because the dough holds together perfectly, even through multiple rolling-outs. When the dough gets a little room- temperature the cut cookies still hold shape! Baked, they are a soft cookie yet sturdy enough for lots of decoration. They taste a little less sweet than a regular sugar cookie but I prefer that since the icing is nearly pure sugar.
