After trying every cake mix around to accommodate my son's numerous allergies, this one not only fits the bill but it is really delicious. It is rich with tasty chocolate and is plenty light, unlike so many other GF products. The leavening is already included, so there is no fussing with egg-replacer--all that is needed is water and the oil of your choice. This is one cake that the entire party likes! Highly recommended!
