My husband and I enjoy these cakes very much. If I make an entire cake mix or batch of cupcakes it never fails that 1/4 of it goes to waste since it is just the 2 of us. My husband was watching Ace of Cakes one night and then wanted cake, so I made one of these and in about a minute we were sharing the cake...no waste!
