I don't normally do reviews but this icing is perfect for my Gluten free, Dairy free daughter. We actually did a taste test of all the vanilla icings that are GF, DF. This one is so delicious EVERYONE at the parties who've had it, love it. Even people who are used to the regular off the shelf kind. It doesn't get very fluffy, as another reviewer said, but it will harden in the fridge.
