I bought this mix with new bread machine Zojirushi BBCCX20 (first bread machine I ever used). Mix is great way to start and learn process of bread making. It provides perfect transition to your own recipes once you feel more comfortable with machine and how the bread is done. This mix is meant for 1.5 lbs machine and mine is 2 lbs. Bread still comes out great (little smaller then meant in that machine).
