Great stuff! The taste of this product is unbelievable! It's naturally sweet from the sweet potatoes (duh) but low in fat and it has no cholesterol. When I made the first batch for my kids, I didn't tell them it was a pre-made mix or that it was sweet potato flavored. After they took their first bite their reactions were, "Yumm!!!" from the 7 year old and "Wow!!!" from the 15 year old. We used 100% organic maple syrup, but not too much since the pancakes were already sweet, which complemented them just fine.
