I had hoped to like this product. I loved it! Having been gluten-free for more than 25 years, I've been thoroughly underwhelmed by the different gluten-free cake recipes being passed around at our local gluten-free support group. But this is as close to an "original" (i.e. gluten-containing) cake mix as anything I'd ever tried.
