I don't have to be gluten free but I had tried it in the past and felt some better so decided to go that route again. A friend told me about this cake mix and I made it tonight but with no frosting, just to eat like a muffin with a summer meal and fruit. Oh my goodness it is so moist and yummy. With the special and the subscribe and save it is way cheaper to get her than in the local grocery like I did today.
