I was a bit leery as don't think I've ever had "barley" bread before. But was very pleased with how it turned out. I used bread machine on dough cycle and then transferred in to loaf pan for final rising before baking in oven. Turned out yummy, with a softer kind of crust. Worked great for sandwiches, but also toasted up nicely. I'll buy it again.Get more detail about Hodgson Mill Barley Bread Mix, 16-Ounce Units (Pack of 6).
