Krusteaz is great! Using this mix for a long time, I turned friends and my 'pie lady of the neighborhood' friend unto it. Suddenly it wasn't available locally. Searching the web, I found it isn't available for over 150 miles radius. It is easy to use and makes wonderfully tasty, flaky crusts. It is easy to roll out, fold and place in pan. It does not shrink. The box makes 4 generous crusts.
