We used to use the Target brand and thought it was great. Then they discontinued it and we searched for another waffle mix. There's not a single mix in the grocery store that was good. We found this mix and will never change. Too bad no one carries it - so we have to order it online. However, the company has been in business since the 1800s so we think we'll always be able to find it. We make crepes out of the mix too. We like that it comes in smaller bags so we can keep it fresh. If you ever want to impress people - make these. Restaurants should use this mix.
